How does your wholesale purchasing work?

There is a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 10 hats
Hat styles and colors can be mixed and matched
Shipping is free. The price shown includes shipping
Orders will take 1-3 business days to be packaged
Orders avg. 3-5 business days to be shipped
Order will ship via either UPS, or USPS
Wholesale orders will ship from Dallas, TX

How long will it take to receive my hats?

Shipping duration is divided into two parts:

A. Processing time: All orders typically require 12-36 hours to be picked by our warehouse associates, properly packed, and have their shipping labels created.

Please note that orders placed after 12:00 PM CST on Saturday will not ship until Monday due to USPS not operating on Sundays.

B. Shipping time: Shipping times average 2-4 business days following the processing time, but this is subject to the postal providers service.

Our hats are shipped using for free using the most cost effective shipping method for your address, which will be UPS Ground, or USPS Ground Advantage for smaller orders.

Delivery times are not guaranteed and can vary greatly as a result of occurrences that may be out of our control such as health pandemics, severe weather events, holidays and other supply chain disruptions.

How will my hat be shipped?

All hats are shipped in boxes and will include additional materials to ensure the hats are not damaged during transit and retain their shape.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, a tracking number will be automatically generated and sent via text or email following the completion of the order processing.

Where do your hats ship from?

All hats ship from our warehouse located in Dallas, Texas and have an average delivery time of 2-6 days.

Why did I receive multiple tracking numbers?

Larger orders consisting of multiple parcels will need to have separate tracking numbers created for each parcel. All tracking numbers will be sent upon the completion of fulfillment.
